Travel information
Haarlem is close to Schiphol Airport.
Taxis cost some 45,- € for a single trip.
There are direct buses to Haarlem train station (bus line 300, Connexxion Rnet, bus stops B8-B10). The bus stops are situated at Schiphol Plaza, right outside the arrivals hall. Price: about 5,50 € for a single trip. Duration: c. 40 minutes.
Fares are paid with credit card (coins and banknotes are not accepted). You tap in with the card on boarding, and tap out again when you leave the bus.
There is a frequent train service operating until late. It is easiest to travel via Leiden Central to Haarlem. At Leiden you change to an Intercity train to Amsterdam Central getting off at Haarlem. Price: about 8,10 € for a single trip. Duration c. 40 minutes.
Tickets for the trains can be bought at machines close to the entrances to the platforms.
